You can check in from 5pm and check out is at 9am. It's always worth going to the reception when you arrive to see whether the apartment is ready. They have a luggage storage room where you can leave your bags.

You will need to pay your tourist tax directly to the residence, this is €2.25 per day per adult (+18). You will also need to pay a refundable deposit of €400 per apartment. This will be held until your apartment has been checked at the end of your stay. This can be paid by credit card at the reception when you check in. The funds are pre-authorised which means they are not taken off your card, but the amount will not be available to spend.

From Sunday to Friday from 8am to 11am and from 4pm to 8pm. Saturdays from 7.30am to 8pm. (Subject to possible changes).

For those arriving after 8pm, guests must contact the reception in advance of the arrival day to get make the reception aware and to receive the late check instructions.

There are 56 apartments over 5 chalets that make up Les Chalets de Leana.

Yes, bed linen is provided and beds are made on arrival, not sofa beds. Towels are provided, extra towels are available for a supplement.

Yes, there is an underground car park. This is €120 per week per car and subject to availability. Please let us know early if you require a car parking space.

Pets are allowed but they must be certified to be clear of rabies. One pet per apartment is allowed and it would be €95 per week to bring them.

There is a free shuttle bus in resort, you may choose to use it to get around the resort rather than walk. The shuttle picks up/drops off near to the residence.
