Les Arolles is a fantastic base to explore all the 3 Valleys (the world's largest linked area) has to offer. With approximately 600km of pistes there are plenty of runs for all skiing abilities from first time skiers to experts.

Val Thorens is the choice of those that like to party with great apres-ski and nightlife with lots of bars and clubs. However, Val Thorens is also suitable for families with all the facilities and activities the resort has to offer including a bowling alley, a large leisure centre, the longest toboggan run in Europe, snowtubing, a ski patrol experience, dog sledding, snow groomer rides etc.

A highlight of the residence is the spa area which has hot tubs, a hammam and sauna. Treatments such as massages are also available for a supplement and there are also fitness sessions for the health conscious.

Les Arolles Val Thorens is a perfect choice for families as there are 5 kids clubs (Baby, Kids, Juniors, Teens, Ados) for 18 months to 17 year olds. For the age groups 18 months to 10 years the kids' clubs run all season and from 11 to 17 years they run during the French school holidays. The kids' clubs put on a host of indoor and outdoor activities such as games, arts and crafts, shows, snow games like snowball fights and other contests. There's also entertainment going on for both kids and adults in the evenings.

Guests can stay at Les Arolles have the option to stay half board (breakfast and dinners), full board (breakfasts, lunches and dinners) or All Inclusive (all meals with certain drinks included - hot drinks, soft drinks, juices, 1 type of draught beer and a selection of other alcohol - unlimited until 11pm).

For breakfasts, lunches and dinners there's a Savoyard style buffet on offer, with specialties like Raclette's available in the evenings.

The restaurant caters for vegans, vegetarians and gluten-free allergies, with varied options for kids to enjoy. Picnic baskets are also available for lunches out and about.

The full 3 Valleys ski pass allows you to ski over to neighbouring ski resorts Meribel and Courchevel.

Val Thorens itself caters to a wide range of group types, whether you are a couple, a family or a large group there is something for everyone. For groups looking to party, Val Thorens is right up there in terms of aprés ski, bars and nightlife. For couples, there's a wide range of amazing restaurants for a lovely romantic meal.
