The Residence Chalet Izia Val d’Isere provides five-star luxury, whilst also being able to enjoy the flexibility and freedom of staying in self catering ski accommodation - allowing you to enjoy all of the wonderful bars and restaurants across the exclusive resort of Val d’Isere. The accommodation is ski in/ski out, meaning there is no long trudge across the resort to find a lift.

The centre of the resort is a short ten minute walk away. Back inside of the apartments, all of the apartments have been designed and fitted out to a high specification. These apartments benefit from interior design touches such as bright interior colours and artwork, and the larger apartments have beautiful fireplaces or woodburning stoves for guests to enjoy a cosy night in.

All apartments have a generous living area, with a fully equipped kitchen allowing you to enjoy cooking meals in the comfort of your own apartment. Families and larger groups are well catered for by these apartments, whose generous proportions and sensible design makes for a comfortable stay.

Those looking to relax and wind down will benefit from Chalet Izia's own wellness area which includes a swimming pool, whirlpool, sauna, hammam and fitness suite. Treatments are available at an extra cost. These apartments have all of the usual facilities too, such as a ski room with lockers and heated boot racks.

As mentioned above, these apartments are self catering, with a kitchenette - equipped with an oven, hobs, microwave, toaster, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher. Choosing to stay self catering in Val d’Isere is how we recommend enjoying a ski holiday, with plenty of freedom to eat and drink whatever you want, when you want.

There are 51 apartments spread out across three different properties, with a two bedroom apartment sleeping between two and four people - made up with one double and one twin bedroom. Two bedroom apartments are available with or without a fireplace. Three bedroom apartments are the largest apartments available, which are made up of three twin rooms.

Why Val d’Isere

Val d’Isere is simply regarded as one of the very best ski resorts in the world! There are so many reasons to ski in Val d’Isere - as well as being one of the most exclusive ski resorts in the Alps with great accommodation and facilities, it is also one of the most snow-sure with a vast and varied ski area.

In the fantastic Val d'Isere-Tignes ski area (formerly the Espace Killy) which has 300km of pistes, 60% of pistes are above 2200 metres meaning that there is fantastic snow conditions across the full ski season. There are plenty of ski runs for all levels of skiers, the off-piste is tremendous and the lift system is excellent.

There is a fantastic array of bars, lovely restaurants and great aprés ski - ranging from cosy and intimate bars right across to nightclubs open until dawn. You can't go wrong with the aprés ski at Coco Ricos and La Folie Douce, they are the perfect places to create memories that last a lifetime. The resort caters for those wanting a quiet night and those wanting a wild night in equal measure. There is also plenty to do across the resort for non-skiers.
