Frequently Asked Questions
You can check in from 5pm-8pm and check out is at 10am. It's always worth going to the reception when you arrive to see whether the apartment is ready.
You will need to pay your tourist tax directly to the residence, this is approx.€2.50 per person per day (+18) but is subject to change. You will also have to pay a refundable damage deposit, this is €800 per apartment. This will be held until your apartment has been checked at the end of your stay. This can be paid by credit card at the reception when you check in. The funds are pre-authorised which means they are not taken off your card, but the amount will not be available to spend.
The reception is open from 9am to 12pm and 2pm to 6pm. Subject to change.

Yes, there are ski lockers with boot dryers.
Up to 15 days before travel, let us know if you have a preferred view, orientation, floor, building, or distance from reception, so we can inform the residence of your preferences. Subject to availability, we cannot guarantee that requests will be fulfilled but we will always ask for you.
