The Residence la Foret Flaine apartments are situated in the heart of the great family-friendly resort of Flaine. They provide a 3 star level of cosy, self catering accommodation, with all the amenities required for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
These apartments offer easy access to the slopes and lifts, (just 50-100m away), which provide quick access to the vast ski area of the Grand Massif (approx 265km of pistes). Ideally the ski hire shop is in the same building.
The apartment block is situated in the picturesque area of Flaine Foret, and the modern apartments have been renovated recently for maximum comfort. These apartments are a fantastic option for families, couples and groups alike.

All of these apartments are available on a self catering basis. Equipped with everything that you need to prepare delicious meals in the comfort of your apartment, these apartments are the perfect place to allow you to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner during your stay. This works especially well for families with young children, fussy eaters or those with allergies or for people who are just looking to keep the cost of their holiday down.
Alternatively, choosing a self catering apartment also allows you to enjoy all of the bars and restaurants that Flaine has to offer, of which there are many excellent ones nearby.

All of the apartments are equipped with a microwave oven, hobs, a dishwasher, fridge, kettle, coffee machine and a TV with international channels. Wi-Fi is also included in all apartments and some apartments are also available with balconies, some are south facing.
The largest of the apartments is a two bedroom apartment which can sleep up to 6 people, the smallest is a 1 bedroom apartment that can sleep up to 4 people.

Flaine is a popular destination for family skiers, so all of the usual dates for the Foret apartments can book up quickly. Christmas, Easter and school holidays are all times when early booking is essential to reserve your stay.

As part of the Grand Massif Ski Area - Flaine is a purpose built ski resort which was built in the late 1960’s. It’s the largest of the resorts in the Grand Massif and is incredibly family friendly. The ski runs are tree lined and very pretty, and there is 265km of pistes to enjoy. Snow cover is reliable, and the resort caters for all requirements - there are plenty of bars for those looking to party, and lots of restaurants to try.

There is no parking at the residence but there is a nearby P3 car park just behind the residence which costs 7€ per day.
Normal check-in time is from 5pm but early check-in is available from 12 noon. Normal check-out time is 10am but late check-out is available until 6pm Both early and late check-in/out options are subject to a 50€ charge.
Tourist tax is payable directly to the hotel at the cost of €1.50 per person per day (free for under 18s). You will also be asked for a security deposit of €200 (bank preauthorisation). The money will not come out of your account but will not be available to spend.
