Flaine is a great base to explore all the Grand Massif ski area has to offer. With approximately 265km of pistes there are plenty of runs for all skiing abilities from first time skiers to experts.
Flaine is the choice of those looking for a relaxing holiday on the slopes, the ski area is fantastic and it's ideally a short transfer from Geneva airport (approximately 1.5 hours). Although a quieter resort there are plenty of bars and other activities to enjoy including - dog sledding, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, sledging, mountain karting, a yoga relaxation trail etc.
A highlight of the residence is the spa area which has hot tubs, a hammam and sauna. Treatments such as massages are also available for a supplement and there are also fitness sessions for the health conscious.
MMV le Flaine is a perfect choice for families as there are 5 kids clubs (Baby, Kids, Juniors, Teens, Ados) for 18 months to 17 year olds. For the age groups 18 months to 10 years the kids' clubs run all season and from 11 to 17 years they run during the French school holidays. The kids' clubs put on a host of indoor and outdoor activities such as games, arts and crafts, shows, snow games like snowball fights and other contests. There's also entertainment going on for both kids and adults in the evenings.

Snow cover is reliable, and the resort caters for all requirements - there’s plenty of bars and restaurants, as well as alternative activities to skiing including dog sledding, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, sledging, mountain karting, a yoga relaxation trail etc.

Flaine is a popular destination for family skiers, so all of the usual high season dates can book up quickly.
