Residence MMV Samoens
This brand new MMV residence is located in the picturesque, family-friendly resort of Samoëns. Opened in 2022 guests can expect new, modern apartments based in a residence packed full of facilities, services and activities to keep the whole family happy.
Some include -
- A spa area with an indoor/outdoor swimming pool, sauna, hammam and an outdoor whirlpool. Treatments and massages are available for a supplement.
- A lounge with bar, fireplace and a snack corner.
- Various Kids club for ages 4 to 17 years. For kids 11 and up, the kids clubs only run during the French school holidays.
- Fitness courses by Lucile Woodward.
- Ski room with heated ski lockers.
- Afterski fun activities for kids and adults (including shows, sports tournaments, pancake parties, organised snowball fights, snowshoe excursions).
The residence is a short walk to the village centre where amenities such as bars and restaurants can be found.
MMV Samoens is an ideal base to explore all the vast Grand Massif has to offer with 265km of pistes. With 23 green runs, 61 blue runs, 44 red runs, 11 black runs and 6 snowparks. The ski area can be reached easily via the Grand Massif Express cable car in 15 minutes.

All of the apartments at Residence MMV Samoens have well equipped kitchens, so you are able to stay here self-catered and cook your own meals each night. This gives you the most flexibility of what you eat and when, a great choice for families with kids. Eating out in the Alps can be expensive so it is a great way of keeping the cost of your holiday down.
All the kitchens have a ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave oven combination, fridge, coffee machine, kettle and toaster, along with all the cutlery, crockery etc required for a comfortable stay. The premium apartments have additional equipment such as a Nespresso and raclette machine.
If you do want to sample local cuisine, there are plenty of restaurants nearby the residence.
Samoens as a resort
Samoëns is a charming village with a friendly Savoyard feel and atmosphere. It is not the liveliest of resorts making it perfect for families or for those that just want to relax in picturesque surroundings after a days skiing. Part of the vast Grand Massif ski area there is something for everyone, beginners and advanced skiers alike will be able to find more than enough pistes to keep them entertained.

The Residence MMV Samoens apartments can sleep from 4 people in a 1 bedroom and sofa bed apartment through to 10 person 4 bedroom apartment, making this accommodation a great option for various group sizes.
Each apartment features a well equipped kitchen, a TV, a fireplace, balcony or terrace, at least one private bathroom with hair dryer and towel dryer.
