Our card payment provider is Felloh. You will be redirected to their site where the payment will be taken. This is fully compliant with the FCA regulations on accepting card payments.

What happens in resort?
At Get Me To The Alps we pre-book all of your holiday services before you depart.
Transfers
You will get a ticket for your transfer, or in the case of private transfers, the driver will meet you in arrivals with a sign with your name on it.
Accommodation
You will check-in at the accommodation reception and will have to pay tourist tax as well as give a security deposit for the room (card swipe).
Lift pass
In a lot of resorts, we use automated machines that will dispense your passes. We will give you a code which you enter into the machine and it will print the lift passes. If not, you will use a voucher at the lift pass office.
Ski hire
We use vouchers and sometimes QR codes for you to collect ski hire. You can generally collect the equipment from 5pm the day before you start skiing. Most shops stay open until 7.30pm so if you are arriving after that it will be the following morning and they usually open from 7.30am. You will be fitted on the spot, with no need for height or weight measurements.
Lessons
We mostly use e-tickets which you can show the instructors at the meeting points, no need to go into the ski school office.
What happens in an emergency?
Every customer who books a holiday with Get Me To The Alps Ltd will be given a 24 hour 7 day a week telephone number which they can ring in an emergency outside of office hours.
A manager will be manning the phone and will be authorised to make immediate decisions based on your circumstances, including the ability to OK immediate spend.
We take the 24-hour emergency line very seriously and you will always be able to get through to someone (unless it's already engaged).
We also monitor the inbox outside office hours and can respond to any emergency message.
How does this website work?
Every time you add something to your basket we increase your discount which is shown at the bottom of your basket. The more you book with us the bigger the discount we give!
It is worth adding all products you require and seeing what the final price is as once you get to the final discount price we should beat the competition.
You can read a detailed description of how to find the best deal here.
When do I need to pay my balance?
Your balance is due 8 weeks before your departure date
It may take us a short while to confirm your booking as some suppliers have to confirm accommodation manually by email. If you are booking flights and other services through 3rd parties the we would advise waiting for confirmation from us that the accommodation is booked before purchasing these other services.
