Check-in is from 5pm on the day of arrival. Check-out is before 10am on the day of departure

What free facilities are there at Koh I Nor Val Thorens?

The spa, indoor heated swimming pool and fitness centre are free to use with unlimited access for guests of the residence.

Can I keep my ski/snowboard equipment at the residence?

Yes, there are private ski lockers with shoe dryers which will keep your shoes and boots toasty!

Do I have to clean my apartment?

Included with your apartment is end of stay cleaning, but they will not clean the kitchen area so it is your responsibility to make sure this is cleaned to the standard you found it in, with all dishes cleaned and tidied away. The residence will provide a welcome cleaning kit on arrival which includes dishwashing detergent, a bin bag, a dishwasher tablet, multiuse-product and a sponge.

Will I have to pay anything on arrival at Koh I Nor Val Thorens?

Yes, the residence will ask for the payment of tourist tax (which is 3,30€ per day, per person and free for children under 18 years old), and a deposit of 500€ per apartment which will be taken as a preauthorisation payment which means that the money will not leave your account, but it will not be available to spend.

Is there Wi-Fi access in the apartments?

Yes, Wi-Fi access is available in the apartments for free, but as the resort is high up, the speed may not be perfect.

Is there parking at Koh I Nor Val Thorens?

Yes, parking is available in the reidences private garage but it will be at an extra charge from 95€-120€ per car/per week. (2.10m high)

Are bath linen and bedding provided at Koh I Nor Val Thorens?

Yes, each apartment comes with 2 towels per person (which are changed in the middle of the week) and beds are made on arrival.
